Salary : Up to 34K/month* + up to P64K* worth of incentives and bonuses
Education : Must be a high school graduate
Experience : At least six (6) months BPO experience
Job Responsibilities :
Our Agents are responsible for a variety of different calls including
Handling inbound customer service calls
Answering technical support inquiries via incoming calls, chat or email.
Demonstrates excellent customer service skills with the ability to take ownership in assisting, researching and resolving customer issues.
Performs other duties as assigned.

• Must be willing to eventually work onsite and on a shifting schedule.
